Simon qualified as a chartered accountant with Levy Gee and has over 10 years of corporate finance advisory experience, principally in transaction support at BDO Stoy Hayward and Ernst & Young. In these roles he advised on a range of AIM and Official List transactions for companies based in the UK and overseas, primarily in Israel, but also in India, China and Hong Kong.
Simon joined Dowgate Capital Advisers in January 2007, where he worked on a range of transactions, including IPOs, reverse takeovers, fundraisings and acquisitions. These included transactions for Clyde Process Solutions, InterBulk Group and Cubus Lux.
