Liam is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He qualified with Price Waterhouse in 1994, where he specialised in corporate finance advisory, focusing on private equity transactions. During this time, Liam was based in Ireland, Switzerland and London.
Liam joined Dowgate Capital Advisers in March 2004, where he led numerous transactions and co‐founded Cairn in 2009.
Liam is a Qualified Executive for the purposes of AIM and has led transactions in sectors including technology, life sciences and general M&A on AIM, Aquis and Standard List markets.
Liam’s clients have included Summit Therapeutics plc, OptiBiotix Health plc, BigDish plc and Yourgene Health plc.
