Liam is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has been advising on corporate transactions for over 15 years. He qualified with Price Waterhouse in 1994, where he specialised in corporate finance advisory, focusing on private equity transactions. During this time, Liam was based in Ireland, Switzerland and London.
Liam joined Dowgate Capital Advisers in March 2004, where he led numerous transactions.
His most recent transactions include the IPO of China New Energy Limited and Ceres Media International plc.
